Entry B receives Best Udder in this class for having a more capacious udder more balanced when viewed from the side with more extension to her fore udder. Entry B over Entry A in General Appearance being wider throughout, smoother blending of her topline especially from loin to rump, and greater extension to the brisket. In Body Capacity she is deeper in the heart girth and barrel. In the Mammary System she has a more capacious udder.

Although Entry A is standing last in this class, in General Appearance she is level through her chine and loin with good length from hips to pin bones, and good angulation of the rear legs when viewed from the side.

Entry B is our first place animal in this class. She is wider, deeper, and has more correct rear leg angulation than the doe standing in second place. She also has a more capacious udder but will grant to Entry A a more balanced and correctly shaped udder. The photo taken of the rear should be lower and would better show that the udder floor of this entry is below the hocks, as can be seen in other photos.

Entry A is standing in second place. She is to be commended for her more balanced udder with more correctly placed teats. She will be our first place udder for this class. I would like to see more correct angulation in the rear legs and stronger front pasterns.
