Entry B receives Best Udder in this Class. When viewed from the back her udder is well balanced with a strong medial suspensory ligament and teats that are more clearly delineated from the udder with good length for ease of milking. Entry B places over Entry A in the Mammary System for having a well balanced udder with a strong medial suspensory ligament and teats that have a more desirable placement and size. In General Appearance Entry B is wider throughout and in Dairy Character shows clearer dairy wedges when viewed from the side and above.

Entry A places over Entry C in General Appearance she is standing on stronger straighter fore and rear legs, is longer in bone especially in the loin and when viewed from above has smoother blending of the shoulder into the chest wall. When viewed from the side she has more balance to the udder in the Mammary System.

Entry C although standing last in this class is to be commended for her General Appearance showing good extension to the brisket, a long lean neck and in Body Capacity for her depth of barrel. In the Mammary System she has a good medial suspensory ligament and good length to the teats.

The mammary system of Entry B moves her to the front of the line and makes her our Best Udder. In addition to the most capiousness this doe has the most correctly shaped udder with well-defined halves, properly-placed teats and smooth fore udder. She also shows greater depth to the barrel than the other does in this class.

Our second place doe has more correct feet and legs than the doe standing in third. She shows more correct angulation in the rear legs and stronger pasterns. In the side view, this doe also shows a more balanced udder with portions showing on either side of the rear leg.
